Experience Matters
Experience is a crucial factor in real estate, impacting the success and ease of selling a property. Seasoned agents possess a deeper understanding of market dynamics, negotiation strategies, and potential challenges, leading to better outcomes for buyers and sellers. My established networks and past problem-solving skills further enhance the buying or selling process. I've been selling real estate in Eureka Springs for more than 22 years and have been a consistent top producer.
Whether I’m working with a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, my primary goal is to provide my clients with current market information, insight, and creative solutions that enable them to make the best possible real estate decisions. I realize every transaction represents one of the most important purchases my clients will ever make. I take every measure to ensure clear communication and work diligently to exceed my clients' expectations.
I was born and raised in Arkansas and have lived in the Natural State all my life. After graduating from college, I worked in advertising and publishing in Little Rock. I moved to Eureka Springs 24 years ago and purchased a Victorian home with a lodging license. Over the years, I've owned a lakefront log home on Beaver Lake and several Victorian homes in the Historic District.
Currently, I live in downtown Eureka Springs and believe in giving back to the community by volunteering and supporting community organizations. I currently serve on the board of Main Stage Creative Community Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting lifelong learning opportunities in the arts. I also served twice as president of the Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of Realtors and served as a board member of Good Shepherd Humane Society.
